After your initial contact with Bassé, an intake specialist will quickly respond and set up a telephone interview. We will need to get your medical history and detailed information regarding the current condition for which you are seeking treatment, as well as a complete list of any medications you are currently taking, prescription or otherwise, or have taken in the past month and any medical conditions that you may have.
